The purpose of these personalized readings are to support your individual growth and expansion.
How does this work?
While in deep meditation, Sarah types your sacred messages into her phone while simultaneously receiving downloads from Spirit. After retrieving your messages from Spirit, Sarah EMAILS your intuitive reading in bullet point format within 48 hours after your scheduled time. These mini email readings are NOT in person, via zoom or on the phone with you. Your Spirit Messages come through her, not from her. She is only the medium for the messages and will not remember your session shortly afterwards. Gentle reminder: Sarah will not help you to interpret your channeled messages as they are designed solely for you. Sometimes readings don't make sense at first. That is because Spirit is not on a human timeline. Sarah encourages you to trust in your message!

Why trust Sarah Norwood?
Sarah Norwood has been seeing and talking to Spirits since she was a child. At 19, Sarah met a powerful Shaman who would change her life forever. Dr. John Myerson helped her make sense of what she was seeing/feeling/hearing and encouraged her to find her own Way of connecting with the Souls. Little did she know that a healing journey spanning over three decades was to follow. After learning how to heal her own trauma energy through Shamanic Journeying and Reiki Healing, Sarah opened an in person and, eventually, online healing business. Sarah worked with women all over the world as a Shamanic Reiki Healing Practitioner, teaching women how to heal their trauma energy in order to heal their own lives. Sarah's niche was in helping women that had suffered sexual assault and domestic violence as she is a survivor and advocate herself. She LOVED her clients and traveling to alternate realms to help them heal at a Soul level.
There was only one problem...she took on too much of the energetic suffering of her clients. No matter how much work she did to separate her energies from others, she just wanted to take away their pain. The deeper she went to help heal her clients on Shamanic journeys, the more energy she offered...the sicker she became (to no fault of her clients!)
After 15 years in business, her body gave out. Sarah developed a severe form of FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) in 2024 after a back surgery that sadly led her to shut down her beloved healing business.
Sarah's world came crashing down as she lost her true purpose and completely detached from her body in debilitating seizures, dystonia, chronic pain, an involuntary movements disorder, POTS, fatigue and so much more. Something major had to change in order for Sarah to ever help others heal again. But, first, she had to heal herself.
Sarah had to come BACK HOME to herself...before the trauma, before the diagnosis's...back home to who she had always been. She had to learn how to calm down her nervous system and be gentle towards her body. She had to completely fall apart in order to put herself back together again. Slowly, painfully, she was guided to new medical treatments and procedures that stopped her seizures. And, with the help of her powerful Shaman and a group of extraordinary woman...she healed herself back to wholeness. To her sheer joy and amazement, her gifts had never left. Her connection to Spirit was stronger than ever. So, it begins again...in a new Way.
Today, Sarah lives in the beautiful mountains with her husband, two dogs and cat. She also lives nearby to her amazing kids...wandering boy and spirit girl for if it were not for them, she would not be here today!
